The place to go for eggs, anything from fried, baked, boiled, poached, scrambled – Hatched! But we were drawn away from their eggy menu to something more cheesy…

3 Cheese Sandwich

3 Cheese Sandwich

3 Cheese Sandwich ($14) – A grilled cheese sandwich consisting of Monterey Jack and Mozzarella, served with melted Brie and steak fries. The grilled cheese sandwich was generously filled with a thick layer of cheese and the entire sandwich was simply filled with cheesy goodness. It was however on the salty and oily side, hence one probably couldn’t eat too much of this. We couldn’t really separate the taste of the Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheese, but we did enjoy the richness and creaminess of the melted Brie. The downside of it? There wasn’t enough Brie to go around for every bite. Perhaps to add on to the cheesy extravaganza, the steak fries should be replaced by cheese fries. The fries were a tad too tasteless.
