Dark Chocolate, Donatella, Pino Pinguino, Salted Caramel

Ci Gusta!” stands for “We Like It” in Italian. Indeed, we definitely liked the Dark Chocolate from Ci Gusta. It was smooth, rich, very thick and velvety. It wasn’t too sweet, with a tinge of bitterness. It was the strong, outstanding flavours of dark chocolate which won us over. In fact, when we had it together with the Donatella, it made the hazelnut taste of the later pale in comparison. The Pino Pinguino was essentially vanilla ice cream, with dollops of milk chocolate within it. Naturally, the chunks of chocolate were the highlight of the Pino Pinguino. The Salted Caramel was more towards the sweet side, than the salty side. On the whole, the ice cream at Ci Gusta! was reasonably priced and commendable. In particular, the Dark Chocolate has got to be the crowd favourite.
