Caramel Fudge

Off to F.I.S.H. we went, not because we were craving for seafood, but because we heard that F.I.S.H. offers authentic US cheesecakes! And as we stood at the counter, admiring the huge slices of cheesecake, how can we stop the drooling and resist the temptation?!

Caramel Fudge ($6.95) – A graham cracker crust topped with a thick layer of velvety chocolate fudge and New York cheesecake. Finished with golden caramel and loaded with pecan pieces. The sight of the caramel threatening to flow over the sides of the cake brought our excitement to another level. The cheesecake was appetizingly huge! One big mouth revealed a smooth creamy and rich cheesecake texture. The cheesecake wasn’t overwhelmingly rich, yet sufficiently cheesy enough. The layer of chocolate fudge was dense and chewy, coupled with the crumbly graham cracker – the crust was absolutely delicious. Topped with the gooey and sweet caramel and crunchy pecans, the Caramel Fudge was a fusion of strong flavours, multi texture – this is what we call guilty comfort food for the soul.
