Southern Fudgy Chocolate Pecan Pie

As our number of trips to PS. Cafe increases, we are slowly but definitely conquering every single cake on their menu. Our latest conquer was the Southern Fudgy Chocolate Pecan Pie. The Chocolate Pecan Pie was served, looking slightly distorted. The preheating of the cake resulted in the melting of the chocolate fudge, creating an absolutely delicious mess. The chocolate pie was moist, sticky and gooey. The trick is to take a huge mouth of the pie at one shot, and savour the stickiness, gooey-ness and chewiness as it encompass your entire mouth cavity. There was no doubt that the texture was great. Taste wise, we enjoyed the rich chocolate, decorated with a tinge of caramel. And the toppings of the huge crunchy pecans finished off this delightful dessert.
