Belgium Chocolate and Bitter Chocolate

We tried two different kinds of chocolate ice cream at Papitto. The Bitter Chocolate had a queer icy texture. It wasn’t smooth nor rich enough, but characterised by ice clusters. On the contrary, the Belgium chocolate was smoother, more sticky and consistent. Also, strangely but aptly, acompanying it was a mild tinge of calamansi sourness which added a refreshing element to the icy sweetness.
