Custard and Egg Yolk Bun 金碧流沙包

2 Custard and Egg Yolk Buns 金碧流沙包 for $2.50 – not the cheapest of buns, but the custard and egg yolk fillings definitely made up for it. The fillings was of a sandy, viscous and thick texture. The moment we tore apart the bun, the semi-molten fillings started to ooze out, much to our anticipation! Aside from the fillings, the bun itself was rather chewy, not soft, moist and fluffy. Overall, we would still return for more Custard and Egg Yolk Bun 金碧流沙包 from Swatow Seafood, as it was comparatively much better than many other dining places.
