Grand Cru Royale

Grand Cru RoyaleCentre Ps’ signature cake was a typical chocolate noisette cake. It consisted of a top layer of chocolate ganache, a hazelnut layer and a spongy base. The layer of chocolate ganache was strangely visibly detached from the hazelnut layer. The hazelnut layer was rather hard, and we were guessing if there were layers of wafer embedded inside. On the whole, there wasn’t any extraordinary or fantastic about the Grand Cru Royale.
