Flourless Chocolate Cake

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Flourless Chocolate Cake ($5) – Chocolate decadence that melts in your mouth. Well, the cake didn’t really melt in our mouths. But it was soft and moist, and as it was served warm, it was pretty much like a souffle. But it was more dense than a souffle. Nothing too exciting about the cake though, not many surprises. A lone taste and texture simple chocolate cake.

English Scone (served with jam and butter)

English Scone (served with jam and butter)

The English Scone ($3.50) did not look appetizing and looked pretty dull. But still we wanted to give it a shot as not that many places sell scones. However, it was a huge disappointment. Taste and texture wise, it was far from the English standards. There was also insufficient number of raisins to salvage the scone. The scone was bland, no baked fragrance, no scone taste.
