Walnut Cream Cheese

Walnut Cream Cheese

We tried the Walnut Cream Cheese Bun from Provence Bakery and Cafe. There was 2 different kinds of cheese texture. One was the melted (slightly salty) cheese on the top of the bun, while the other was a chunk of unmelted cream cheese in the centre of the bun. The amount of fillings was very generous and the amount of bread encompassing it was rather little. Hence, most of the time we were eating more of the fillings and less of the bun itself – quite unlike most breads we have tried elsewhere.
