Gavottes’ Croustillante Crêpes – we tried 2 flavours, original and dark chocolate.

The Dark Chocolate version was essentially folded layers of crispy crepê coated with dark chocolate. The dark chocolate displayed an optimal balance between sweetness and bitterness. It wasn’t that sweet that you would get sick after a few pieces, neither was it that bitter to be frowned upon. The flaky crêpes had an aroma and taste similar to Kellogg’s cereals, and was extremely crispy. The Original version exuded a stronger buttery taste compared to the Dark Chocolate. In terms of taste and texture, both versions were pretty commendable and make great light afternoon tea snacks, .
