Chocolate Souffle

The Chocolate Souffle from Max Brenner is nothing like the typical Souffles. Rather, it should be called Molten Chocolate Cake. The moment we broke open the chocolate spongy shell, warm, rich and thick molten chocolate spilled out. However, the accompanying chocolate sauce was very diluted, with a taste resembling that of milo. The mini chocolate balls did not taste of premium quality. The ice cream was mediocre.

At $18.85 (including GST and service charge), this Chocolate Souffle was one expensive dessert; it was not value for money.
